What if I buy the deal and they don’t have my date available??

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Could I use this voucher on multiple drinks including food? Or is it 1 drink per person and the rest needs to be used for food?

I'm happy to let you know you'll be able to purchase more than 1 drink per person, but please note vouchers cannot be used on drinks only.

Any additional spend is payable directly to the restaurant.

What to expect

£50, £100 or £200 voucher to spend on food and drink

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days 5pm – 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 - 15 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 1 voucher per table.

Voucher is valid on any food and drink from the menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Any additional spend is payable directly to the restaurant.

Voucher must be used on one visit and no change will be given.

Voucher cannot be used on drinks only.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers. Members can choose from all menus available in restaurant, however cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
