Thanks for your question!

The voucher is valid to use from the 23rd of January 2019 until the 28th of April 2019, with bookings to be secured by the 5th of April. You're welcome to pass this to someone as a Christmas gift should you wish as all vouchers are transferrable.

Hi I purchased 2 of these vouchers but I cant find them anywhere to enable me to print them as they are a Christmas gift for family. I took a screen shot of the voucher codes on my Ipad, can I have these vouchers sent to my email address in order for me to print them. Many thanks Angie

Voucher is valid from Wed 23 Jan 2019 until Sun 28 Apr 2019, Wed - Sun 12noon - 4pm (last booking 3pm); subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays and Tuesdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Apr 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Afternoon tea menu only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available; please advise at time of booking.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
