I’ve tried to purchase this deal twice but it just freezes after I put in my card details. Can you please confirm whether you have my order? Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.
I’ve had a look and I'm afraid your recent order attempt failed at the 3D Secure stage, which is sadly controlled by your bank. We sometimes find though that the problem isn't actually down to your bank, and it's instead a compatibility issue with your browser or device.
