You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I called Hilton who confirmed that there is availability on 31st Dec however Boucher states it can’t be used. Can you confirm?
