If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with 2 course dinner & breakfast

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023; subject to availability.

January stays: valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays & £45 for Saturday stays; payable directly.

February stays: valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays; payable directly.

March stays: valid Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.

Excludes 16 -21 Jan, 10 - 13 Feb & 5 - 8 Mar 2023. Please note some other dates may be excluded subject to availability

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Your credit card details will be used to guarantee your booking.

Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner from a set inclusive menu or £25pp to spend towards the a la carte menu. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Supplements apply for certain dishes; payable directly.

Children permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 for additional beds depending on room type; please discuss directly with hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
