How do you hear the movie as I presume you sit in the car given the time of year?

The movie audio will be broadcast via radio so you will need a working FM radio (in-car or handheld) to hear the movie.

If the engine has to be off during the performance, how do you see the movie? Normally at this time of the year with people in the car, the Windows will be misted unless the engine is on and AC running?

Please do not worry, although engines and lights must be switched off during the performance, you are welcome to switch on your engine to charge your battery or clear your windows for a period (if required).

Hi We are a family of 5 and would love to experience the drive in but I notice it says only 4 people per vehicle? Can we pay for the additional person?

For your comfort and the optimum viewing experience, we recommend a maximum of 4 people in each vehicle, however if your car complies with the Road Traffic Act 1988 for 5 people you are welcome to attend the event with one voucher.

Hi, I have purchased 2 vouchers for Home Alone on Sun 22nd Dec. What vehicles are classed as 4x4 or people carriers? Do you have a list of make and models? or car height guideline? I am now worried in case my car would be considered a people carrier. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Elf (PG) - 18 Dec gates open at 4pm, movie starts at 6pm and another showing at 9.30pm (gates at 8:15pm) / 21 Dec & 22 Dec gates open at 7.30pm, movie starts at 8.30pm

Frozen Sing-Along (U) - 19 Dec gates open at 2:30pm, movie starts at 4:30pm.

Scrooged (PG)- 19 Dec gates open at 7pm, movie starts at 8:30pm.

Home Alone (PG) - 20 Dec & 21 Dec gates open at 2:30pm, movie starts at 4:30pm.

It's A Wonderful Life (U) - 20 Dec gates open at 7pm, movie starts at 8:30pm.

The Muppet Christmas Carol (U) – Tue Dec 22nd – 4:30pm screening (gates open at 2:30pm) 

Miracle on 34th Street – 1947 version (U) – Wed Dec 23rd – 8:30pm screening (gates open at 7pm) 

Each voucher admits one car, driver and up to 4 passengers.

Please note food is not included in the ticket price but is available to purchase on the night.  Cash only.

Your voucher is valid for the movie, date and time stated on the voucher; subject to availability.

Your voucher admits one car, 4 x 4 or people carrier with a driver and up to 4 passengers.  For your comfort and the optimum viewing experience, we recommend a maximum of 4 people in each vehicle.

We recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes before the screening starts so you have plenty of time to park, grab some gourmet festive food and enjoy the pre-screening entertainment!

Latecomers may not be admitted; please arrive no later than 20 minutes before the screening start time to guarantee entry.

Full map and details of how to get to the event will be emailed to you after purchase.

Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with 4 x 4s and people carriers accommodated in a designated area.

You must have a vehicle to attend this event (of course!) – no pedestrian access will be available.

We ask that you don’t overload your car - you must comply with the Road Traffic Act 1988 ensuring every passenger has a seat belt.

The movie audio will be broadcast via radio so you will need a working FM radio (in-car or handheld) to hear the movie.

Gourmet festive food will be available to purchase.  Cash only, no card facilities available.

Please make sure you wrap up in warm clothing and wear outdoor shoes.

Please note that adverse weather will not affect screenings (you'll be inside your cars!) however extreme conditions may. For updates please check our Helpdesk, Facebook & Twitter.

Engines and lights must be switched off during the performance apart from when you are charging your battery (if required).

Toilet facilities will be available.

Disabled access and toilets will be available.

Strictly no alcohol permitted.

No vans, coaches or commercial vehicles permitted.

No pets permitted.

Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners. itison.com & Zisys do not accept any liability and will not be held responsible for any loss, damage to your property or for any collisions that may occur causing injury.

For the enjoyment of all guests you must remain in your car during the screening.

If for any reason you need to leave the screening you will be provided with a contact telephone number to call for assistance.

£4 of the ticket price is allocated towards the actual cinema ticket relating to this performance.
