Does the voucher need to be redeemed by end December, or can bookings be made for January time?

This voucher is valid until the 23rd of December, and orders must be placed by the 9th of December. I'm afraid this means vouchers can't be used in January 2021.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 10 Aug 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, valid for collection Tue - Sat 10am-3.30pm. 

Excludes Sunday - Monday.

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Voucher must be booked at least 5 days in advance and by Thu 9 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted; max 3 voucher per person.

Options 1 & 2: Choice of 6 or 12 chocolate or vanilla cupcakes.

Option 3: 6" drip cake in vanilla, lemon or chocolate flavour.

Please note there are no vegetarian or gluten / wheat free options available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

As this item is made to order it is non-refundable and we would encourage you to check your goods upon receipt.
