I have twin boys who are 14 and very mature. The voucher says no children ... would they be permitted?

Thanks for getting back in touch although I'm sorry for the disappointment.

I can confirm this voucher is valid on a Saturday for bookings commencing between 12pm-12.45pm so will not be valid for a reservation starting at 3pm.

My Wife and I were given a voucher for this deal for Christmas. The voucher explains that I go to my web browser (Google Chrome) and type in the following address and take it from there.

However, when I do this there appears to be no link to redeeming the voucher and booking a table at The Gannet. Can you please provide clear instructions as to how to redeem the voucher and book at table via itison.com?

I'm afraid I can't seem to see your previous message but I can confirm it was stated int he small print that vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise the restaurant at the time of booking.

I'm afraid this deal has ended, and we're unable to sell any more vouchers at the moment.

We've some great deals in the pipeline though - I'm sure a similar voucher will pop up soon!

What to expect

  • 5 course dining experience for two

Voucher is valid from from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, Tue & Wed 5pm - 8:30pm, Thurs & Fri 12pm – 2pm & 5pm - 6pm, Sat 12pm – 12:45pm, Sun 1pm – 3pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays, 26 Jan and 14 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only; tables may be required back after a certain period of time, members will be notified at time of booking.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Set menu only; menu is subject to daily change.

A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for farmhouse cheeses; payable directly to restaurant. 

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

No children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
