What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, cream tea and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco and cream tea on arrival and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard twin or double room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco and cream tea on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 includes a main course dinner each to be chosen from main menu; supplement of £6 is require for steak. Vegetarian, gluten/ wheat free options available; please discuss any dietary requirements directly when booking.

Free parking on the street outside or in the large cathedral car park available; please respect neighbours when parking.

Max 2 children permitted in a family room or 1 child in a double or twin room; under 5's free when sharing with 2 adults, ages 5-12 require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night and includes breakfast. Other meals are charged as taken; children’s menu is £6 per child, payable directly to the hotel.

Cots are provided free of charge, double and twin rooms can accommodate 1 cot.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
