Choice of two sides from beef dripping rosemary roasted potatoes. garlic and herb mash, honey glazed carrots and charred shallot, creamed cabbage with smoked pancetta, trio of buttered greens, wild mushrooms with truffle or bone marrow mac and cheese with pancetta and two sauces from whisky and peppercorn, port and blue or chimichurri.

A supplementary charge is required for the following per person: rib-eye £2.50, fillet £7.50 and per order: chateaubriand £20; payable directly to restaurant.
