I'm happy to let you know this deal is valid for a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 15 people, and you do need to confirm your number when ordering the vouchers.

You're welcome to contact One Up directly on 0141 2255612 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding additional people to your booking after purchasing vouchers though and they'll be happy to advise.

Hi, when this says "excludes Saturdays and Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays in December 2019" does that translate as "Thursdays- Sundays in December 2019 are excluded", or "all Saturdays and Thursdays in any month as well as Fridays and Sundays in December 2019 are excluded?". Basically, can this voucher be used for a Saturday as long as its not in December?

I can confirm this voucher is valid until Tue 30 Jun 2020, valid Sunday – Friday for a 2 hour slot between 12noon – 10pm; subject to availability.

This deal excludes all Saturdays until it's expiry as well as Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays in December 2019.

Hello,

It states in the terms and conditions that it is for over eighteens only however one up states they are an over 21 club. We have purchased and we have under 21s but over 18s in our party

What to expect

Private karaoke hire for 8 - 15 people with personal waiter and 2 cocktails each

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 30 Jun 2020, valid Sunday – Friday for a 2 hour slot between 12noon – 10pm; subject to availability.

Excludes all Saturdays and Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays in December 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted 

Min of 8 people and max of 15 people.

2 cocktails per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Refills will be served at the manager's discretion; One Up reserves the right to refuse alcohol to intoxicated guests.

Table required back after 2 hours.

No children permitted. Over 18s only.

The management of One Up reserve the right to refuse admission at any time.

Smart casual dress is required.

Sorry, no hen/stag, fancy dress or paraphernalia permitted.

You are welcome to bring celebration balloons.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
