I'm afraid the £25 voucher doesn't include drinks, but the £29 and £45 options do include a bottle of beer or glass of wine each.

Iv put my bank details in to purchase something and it's saying my bank isnt letting me do this transaction? What does that mean? As I have enough funds in my account

What to expect

2 course Teppanyaki dining for two OR

2 course Teppanyaki dining for two with a glass of wine or bottle of beer each OR

Teppanyaki Premium Emperor banquet for two with a glass of wine or bottle of beer each

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jun 2019 until Sat 31 Aug 2019, Sun – Thur 12noon – 10pm, Fri 12noon – 6pm and Sat 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Options 1 & 2: choose a starter and main course each from a set menu; a supplementary charge of £3 per person is required for the beef fillet teriyaki; payable directly to the restaurant.

Option 3: Teppanyaki Premium Emporer banquet set menu only. 

Menus can be viewed here and are subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. 

Options 2 & 3: include a 125ml glass of wine or bottle of beer each; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
