How do I send the voucher to someone else

Thanks for getting in touch.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble gifting your voucher, but fear not! You can still gift it from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

What to expect

  • Whisky workshop for one or two with a 45 minute taster session of 3 whiskies and a main course each

Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Tue 29 Mar 2022, Tue 4pm and 7pm only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Wed - Mon.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18's only.

Tasting session duration approx. 45mins followed by bar meal served in the members lounge.

Max of 10 people per session. Please note bookings will combine multiple parties. Social distancing rules will apply.

Includes a main course from set bar menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes 3 drams of whisky as part of the tasting session each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

No wheelchair access available.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
