I was interested in buying 2 deals of option 1 to go with a friend but noticed conditions say only one voucher can be used at each table for afternoon tea?

Is the afternoon tea in option 1 for one person or for two?

I'm sorry for the confusion here, I can confirm a max of 2 vouchers for Option 1 can be used per table. We've updated our small print now to reflect this.

I'm happy to let you know that the Botanical Retreat Package is for two people and lets you choose from a full body massage, head massage or signature facial plus a collagen treatment, all lasting 90 minutes, as well as a face mask treatment. It also includes a G&T and Prosecco afternoon tea at Cup, and a gin spa candle to take home.

What to expect

  • Botanical Bliss spa day for one inc a 60 minute treatment, face mask treatment, G&T, Prosecco afternoon tea and a spa candle to take home OR

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, Sun - Fri 9am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 2 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: max of 2 per person.

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1 treatment duration: approx. 60 mins including face mask treatment.

Option 2 treatment duration: approx. 90 mins including face mask treatment.

Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Option 1: max 2 vouchers per table. Option 2: max 1 voucher per table.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options, 35p for takeaway boxes.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
