What to expect

Spa day for one or two with a 25 minute treatment each, use of leisure facilities, robes, slippers and a glass of fizz

Choice of treatment:
- Hot stone massage - back, neck and shoulders
- Aromatherapy massage - back, neck and shoulder
- Swedish massage - back, neck and shoulder
- Reflexology
- Indian head massage
- Manicure
- Pedicure
- Cleanse and make up

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 6pm and Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Friday and Saturday bookings; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 6 per group; subject to availability.

Includes a choice of treatment: Hot stone massage (back, neck and shoulders), aromatherapy massage (back, neck and shoulder), Swedish massage (back, neck and shoulder), reflexology, Indian head massage, manicure, pedicure or cleanse and make up.

Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding after first trimester.

Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.

Includes access to leisure facilities at The Hallmark Hotel.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes 125ml glass of fizz; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
