Three friends and l wanted to book Afternoon Tea at SugerFall for a birthday. However, l have been trying for two days o phone establishment to ask for availability for my friends birthday but no answer !
Decided to just book through itison first then will need to go into shop to arrange time as they do not answer their phone. However when l went to book the £19 Afternoon Tea for two it stated £32 for two and that the £19 just pertains to a box of sandwiches and cakes.
Very misleading. Big jump from £19 to £32 especially in this financial trying time.

Option 1: £19.00 - Petit gateaux selection box of four for collection
Option 2: £32.00 - Afternoon tea for two

I'm really sorry if this isn't suitable for you, but all prices are advertised correctly prior to purchase.

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Petit gateaux selection box: valid for pre-booked collection only at 11am - 5:30pm.

Afternoon tea: valid for sit-in only at 11am - 4pm.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 1: selection box features 4 of the most popular tarts. Specific desserts can be requested but may substituted if out of stock.

Option 2: includes afternoon tea from a set menu. Sandwich fillings must be chosen at time of booking. Table required back after 1 hr 45 mins. Max of 6 people per table.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
