Does it allow dogs?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid dogs aren't allowed inside the venue but they are more than welcome on the balcony. Just keep in mind this area is outside and uncovered.

Hi, I would like to have a group of six for a family birthday but I notice the maximum number of vouchers per table is 3?

I'm happy to let you know that a maximum of 3 vouchers per table is permitted, and each voucher includes mains for two.

What to expect

  • Mains for two with optional hot or soft drink each

Voucher is valid from Tue 19 Jul 2022 until Sun 11 Sep 2022, Tue - Fri 10am - 4pm, Sat and Sun 10am - 11am and 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 3 vouchers per table. 

Main course each from the eggs, kitchen pieces, french toast, croquettes, med bites or the hearty dishes section of the menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes a choice of hot or soft drink. Excludes hot chocolate, ice cream shakes, beers and wines.

Table required back after 2 hours. 

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
