Questions and answers

Hello, just wondering about entry times for the Edinburgh Zoo lanterns. Offer says entry @ 17:00, 18:00,18:30,19:00 and 19:30 but the only ticket available to buy for any of the dates is labelled “17:00”. Can I buy this but actually enter anytime? Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch!

You can choose your preferred time slot at the checkout after confirming your chosen date. Your ticket will only be valid to use at the time slot you choose.

Please note daytime zoo entry is not included and visitors are unlikely to see any real animals.

Pets are not permitted. 

Wheelchair access available; please note there will be no mobility vehicles in operation as the route encompasses some smaller pathways not accessible by vehicles. The route is designed so that wheelchairs and buggies can get around.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
