  • Ham hock, leek and Manchego croquette with apple sauce
  • Soft poached hens egg with broccoli, nasturtium and onion
  • Cured Scottish salmon with beetroot and fennel

“Lovely food in a beautiful setting. We were given a friendly welcome and offered an excellent set menu. Food was high quality at a reasonable price. One of our best meals during our short stay in Manchester. Will definitely visit again if we return to the city.”
