• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 May 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Stay in a superior king room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a £40pp dinner allowance to spend on food from the á la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 night stay: allowance is on the first night only.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted up to age 12 at no extra charge. Cot or extra bed is available.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
