• Voucher is valid until Sun 16 Sept 2018, 7 days, 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per purchase.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy under 12 weeks and not suitable for the 'Wallow in the mud' experience.
• Treatment is not recommended for cancer sufferers/those in remission; doctors authorisation will be required.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• A supplement of £20 applies for the removal of gel nails; please pay hotel directly.
• Includes afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and halal options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
