• Voucher is valid from Sun 10 May until Wed 30 Sep, Sun 5pm - 8pm, Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £5pp is required for Thu & Sun bookings; payable directly
• Excludes Fri & Sat, 21 Jun & Newcastle Restaurant Week
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Includes 2 courses from the a la carte menu; subject to change.
• Excludes sharers & grills, beef tataki, lobster baos, lobster & scallop ravioli, lamb chops and slow cooked short rib.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: includes a cocktail each from Signature or Classics menu. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.   
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
