Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; up to 2 vouchers per table; up to 4 people. 
• Afternoon tea only. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Options 2 & 4: includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
