Bailiffgate lived up to our high expectations and we would recommend it. The position is excellent, the staff helpful and friendly, room facilities very good - a really great hairdryer, unusually! - and the restaurant provided some lovely meals, a fillet steak in particular!

Everything about our stay at the Bailiffgate Hotel was just perfect. Lovely, friendly staff, nice bar ( very dog friendly) fabulous room, delicious breakfast and right next toothed most magical castle.
