Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 21 May until Sat 30 Aug 2025, Wed - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 7am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Tue. 
• Session times vary by date; please check online ahead of booking. All sessions sessions in the block must be taken by Sat 30 Aug 2025.
• Option 1 & 2: Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Option 3: Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 8 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Option 4: Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 1 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Please note, all sessions must be taken within the validity period and block bookings are non-transferable or sharable between multiple people.
• One voucher per member. Multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts. 
• Over 16s only. Under 18s must have a parent/guardian present.
• Groups can be booked together. Max of 3 people per session.
• Sessions are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers/those in remission or for those with heart conditions, infections or liver & kidney problems. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with studio. 
• Session duration: approx. 45mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Please make sure you remain hydrated before, during and after each session. Lack of fluid may result in feeling faint or lightheaded.
• Wear fitted gym clothes free of zips and buttons and ensure you are wearing socks.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
