• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Tue 30 Sep 2025, 7 days, 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 20 - 22 May 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 15 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu only; subject to change. Includes a tea or filter coffee each.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90mins. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
