• Voucher is valid from Wed 13 Jan 2027 until Fri 30 Apr 2027, Wed - Sat 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue & 13 Feb 2027. Also excludes Newcastle Restaurant Week 2027. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Apr 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Includes 4 courses from a set menu only; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise venue at time of booking.
• All supplements will be clearly stated on the menu; payable directly.
• Includes a cocktail each from the drinks menu; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Excludes the white owl & ruby royale cocktails. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
