- Voucher is valid from Wed 10 Dec 2025 until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Mon - Fri 10:30am - 6:30pm; subject to availability.
- Options 2 & 4: Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon - 4pm.
- Excludes Sat - Sun, 24-26 & 31 Dec 2025.
- A supplementary charge of £15pp is required for Friday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
- Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
- Please arrive 30 minutes early for your treatment in order to complete the necessary consultation forms.
- All facials are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Other treatments may be suitable or adaptable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly.
- Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 50 minutes (2 x 25 minute treatments); includes consultation/recovery time.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Includes 2 hours leisure access. Robes & towels included.
- Includes a glass of Prosecco, hot drink or soft drink each.
- Options 2 & 4: Includes afternoon tea. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
