Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Mar until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Sun - Fri 12noon - 3:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Includes 4 cakes and bottomless cocktails from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a mocktail. 
• Refills will be served at the manager's discretion; Mother Mercy Fenwick reserves the right to refuse alcohol to intoxicated guests. 
• Table required back after 90mins. 
• One additional guest can be added for a supplementary charge of £25; payable direct. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
