• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Sep until Thu 26 Mar 2026, Tue & Thu at 1pm & 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Wed, Fri - Mon, 23, 25, 30 Dec 2025 & 1 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for ages 18+. 
• Duration approx. 45 min.
• Max of 10 people per group/activity. 
• Meeting point: Northumberland Spirit Co distillery shop.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise at time of booking. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
