• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Mon - Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun and 3-7 Aug 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Wed 23 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Indoor seating only. Bookings cannot be made for the exterior terrace.
• Includes savoury afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Includes slider sandwiches, signature pies and tarts, and a trio of desserts.
• Does not include scones or hot drinks.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available with advance notice.
• Cocktail option: Includes a classic cocktail each. Excludes spritz, speciality and sharing cocktails. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2hrs.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
