• Voucher is valid from Sat 11 Apr until Fri 3 Jul 2026, Wed - Sun; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea is served 2pm - 3:30pm.
• Pottery available after tea is taken. Session duration: 1hr slot. Max of 20 people per group/activity. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Includes set afternoon tea; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Prosecco options: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted and must be supervised at all times.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
