• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct until Tue 22 Dec 2026, Tue - Fri 8.30am - 3pm, Sat 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Tue 15 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Includes a mini tart, mini sponge, bonbon and hot drink each; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
