Easy booking process and Mhairi (apologies for my spelling) was excellent and really helpful getting my room and my dad's next to one another's.
Comfortable rooms and extremely comfortable beds.
Good breakfast and Susan was lovely and friendly.

Making good progress

Friendly staff and a lovely building currently being refurbished. Breakfast was very good. We were in a recently refurbished room which was spacious and clean but not that well designed - only socket in whole room which was at floor level so you had to put the kettle and coffee maker on the floor to use them, shower lacked power and a mirror in the bathroom is needed. It was a lovely big room but the space in the room hadn’t been used to its best effect - room for three people but only one chair….
