Small print

• Voucher is valid for events running Sat/Sun only from Sun 1 Nov 2026 until Sun 28 Mar 2027; subject to availability.
• Valid at all locations nationwide; on selected event dates as listed; see locations & upcoming event dates. More dates will be added.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Feb 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Suitable for all ages. Under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult. 
• Duration approx. 2hrs. 
• Wheelchair access varies by location. Please discuss directly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
