Introductory Flight Simulator Experience

Trial flying lesson

  • Put your newly learned skills into practice with a flight over Scotland
  • Begin with a safety briefing from your CAA approved flight instructor and familiarise yourself with the aircraft
  • Onboard, your instructor will complete pre-flight checks, start the plane, taxi to the runway and take off
  • Once the plane reaches 3000ft, take the controls and put it through manoeuvres such as cruising, climbing and banking

  • Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Jun until Tue 30 Sep 2025, 7 days 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
  • A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday & Sunday bookings; payable directly.
  • Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
  • FAA approved introductory simulator experience which is a desktop procedural trainer. Simulator experience takes place at Glasgow International Airport.
  • Trial flying lesson with a CAA approved flight instructor in a light aircraft. Trial flying lesson takes place at choice of Cumbernauld Airport or Glasgow International Airport.
  • Simulator duration: approx. 30mins.
  • Trial flying lesson duration: approx. 40mins.
  • Multiple vouchers permitted.
  • Suitable for ages 14+; under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Max of 1 person per experience.
  • No wheelchair access available.
  • A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
