Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Aug 2026 until Mon 15 Mar 2027, 7 days, 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. Earlier times may be available; discuss direct.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Mon 1 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 16+. Ages 16-17 must be accompanied by a participating adult aged 18+.
• Duration approx. 1hr. Includes briefing/training.
• Max of 8 people per group/activity. 
• Please note, reasonable upper-body strength is required.
• Max weight: 16 stone.
• Sturdy walking boots and spare shoes & socks recommended.
• Session will run in all weather conditions, barring severe/dangerous weather. Please wear weather appropriate clothing.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
