Questions and answers

I purchased this offer as a gift for my parents wedding anniversary. They went last night and were told that red wine was not allowed with this offer. Only white or rose which they don't really like. I wouldn't have purchased the voucher had I known this as £19 for the 2 meals without wine is very little saving if any.

What to expect

Main courses for two and a bottle of wine to share

Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sep 2016, Mon – Fri 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturday, Sunday and 8 – 14 Aug 2016.

Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 19 Sept 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 2 vouchers per table of four.

Choice of main course each as listed. Menu is subject to change.

A supplementary charge is required for the following dishes: 200g centre cut fillet steak £8 and whole rack of sticky baby rack ribs £3; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a bottle of house red, white or rose wine; Gallo Summer White, Los Romeros Merlot or Argento Malbec Rose.

Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Tables may be required back within a certain time period; members will be advised upon booking depending on party size.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 9pm.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
