Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days 11.30am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Leisure access is available 12noon - 5pm.  
• Excludes 13-14 Feb & 7-8 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  
• Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
• Includes afternoon tea each; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3: Includes 2 hours leisure access before or after your afternoon tea. This will be booked when booking your afternoon tea. 
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
