• Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Apr 2026 until Sat 31 Oct 2026, Sat - Sun, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Please check available dates directly.
• Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Online bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 6+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult with a valid voucher.
• Duration approx. 3hrs.
• Max of 30 per group.
• Warm, waterproof clothing is advised.
• Weather dependent. Subject to cancellations due to averse weather; you will be re-booked.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
