• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Sat 27 Jun 2026, on set Fri - Sat at 3pm or 7pm; subject to availability. Dates of tours can be viewed here. 
• Excludes Sun - Thu, 1-31 Dec 2025 & 1-9 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• Once booked with venue, voucher is non-refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Max 15 people per tour.
• Duration approx. 1 - 1.5hrs.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
