• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Mon 10am - 4pm, Tue 10am - 8pm, Wed - Thu 10am - 6pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. Options for Oct - Dec or Jan - Mar can be viewed at check out.
• Excludes Sun, 16-17, 20-21 Oct, 24-31 Dec 2026, 1-6 Jan 2027.
• Oct - Dec option: Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jan - Mar option: Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Duration approx. 45 mins per treatment. Treatment will last for approx. 2-3 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Please note if you have any product on your nails you must also book in for removal (not included in deal). 
• Please note we do not remove products from other salons.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
