• Voucher is valid until Fri 20 Feb 2026, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note between 27 Dec 2025 and 4 Jan 2026 reduced opening hours are 11am - 3pm. 
• Excludes 22-26 Dec 2025, 1 Jan, 1, 7-8 & 14-15 Feb 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Includes 3 courses each from a set menu; subject to change.
• Cafe is fully vegetarian. Vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Includes entry to the Walled Garden, the Winter and Prairie gardens, the nature play area, woodland walks and the heritage exhibition. 
• Suitable for all ages; children under 16 can attend FOC when with a paying adult. Meal will be charged as taken. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Dogs permitted in all areas inside and out; all dogs must remain on their lead.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
