• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Thu 5pm - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 3pm, Sat 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun, 13 & 14 Feb 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Option 1: Includes a Butcher's Burger and fries each. Gluten / wheat free and vegetarian options available.
• Option 2: Includes a 500g chateaubriand, 2 potato sides and 2 sauces between two. Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No vegetarian options available. Excludes non-potato sides. 
• Includes a glass of sparkling wine each.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 1 hour 45 minutes.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
