• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Traybake options: Valid 9am - 3pm.
• Brunch options: Valid 9am - 11am.
• Excludes 22 - 31 Dec 2025 and 1 - 2 Jan 2026.
• Advance bookings not required; walk-ins only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Options 1 & 3: Includes choice of hot drink and a traybake.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes choice of hot drink and any dish from The Toasts, The Healthy Ones, The Bennys, The Bagels or The Sweet Stuff sections of the menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking is not required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
