• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Nov 2025 until Fri 13 Mar 2026, Mon - Sat 11am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays, 24-27, 30-31 Dec 2025, 1-4 Jan & 14 Feb 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 6 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Includes afternoon tea for two; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
