• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days 11am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2025 & 1 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per table.
• Includes a celebration afternoon tea for two; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Bucks Fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
