Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days,9am - 12noon; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Please note clubhouse is closed on a Monday and Tuesday but course remains open. Clubhouse opening times are subject to change.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tee times vary depending on season and weather conditions.
• Max of 4 people per tee time.
• Golf attire and golf shoes must be worn. No denim or football shirts.
• Full greens always used, mats must be used on the Fairways. Temporary tees in use.
• Buggies are available for a supplementary cost of £25 and must be booked in advance; subject to availability and course conditions. Please discuss and pay direct on 07766138679.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
