• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Feb 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Mon & Thu 9am - 9pm, Tue - Wed 10am - 9pm, Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission unless they have a note from their oncologist or consultant saying otherwise. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 55mins.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 80mins (1 x 55min treatment and 1 x 25min treatment).
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs. Treatment lasts 2-8 weeks. Patch test required at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
