• Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Jan 2026 until Sat 28 Feb 2026; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Feb 2026.
• Valid Tue - Thu 12noon - 2pm & 6:30pm - 8pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 2pm. Excludes Sun - Mon & 14 Feb 2026.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Option 1: Includes 3 courses and canapes from a set menu; subject to change.
• Option 2: Set 6 course tasting menu; subject to change. Cheeseboard with biscuits and chutney can be added for a supplementary charge of £12; payable directly.
• No vegetarian, vegan or dairy free options available. Gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant when booking.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• No children under 6 permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
